Almost 2012

My graphic designer prowess has staged a resurgence in my grey matter. Quite a handful of ideas swimming around in my mind, no anchor or chance to play around digitally. Miss design work. CANNOT help but pine for my iMac to make its way here. On a side note: I've always wanted to set up an etsy shop! When I get my new mac, I might start on making that dream reality:)

Ever so close to the new year, though not quite there yet. A few people have made dates with me for 2012, :o) pie-making with Ashley, breakfast with Glow, dinner with Jolyn, coffee with tammy&ashley. Perfect jump start to 2012. Overview of the year:

1. 21st birthday (not too sure about this, seems so unreal)
2. Tioman trip to celebrate glow's commissioning (early april)  
3. Study trip to Melbourne (May) 
4. Graduation (Aug)
5. Start of full fledge working (bittersweet)
6. Maybe Europe Trip (a very big maybe there, but it's on the map)
7. Thailand Mission Trip (Dec) 

Sounds daunting, thrilling & very much lovely, all at the same time. (On hindsight, it looks like someone's wanderlust exploded all over 2012). So many overseas trips ;) Note-to-self: Take on more freelance jobs to cover cost.

(tentative) New Year's Resolution:

• Learn how to say 'No.'
• Learn how not to settle with/ tolerate bullshit
• Cook & bake more on a regular basis
• Invest more time into certain people.
